Our bespoke utility van has been equipped as a mobile workshop allowing us to carryout compliance testing under PSSR & RID regulations onsite minimising downtime and allowing high fleet efficiency.
Our inhouse CAD department works closely with our project management team to deliver various projects within the rail sector. We take on major repairs to rolling stock; modelling and re-engineering components to replacing barrel dish ends, head stocks and draft gear post damage. Most projects are unique and we pride ourselves with our precise planning, producing detailed repair specifications backed by over 17 HLE weld procedures and certified engineers. Working in hazardous confined space environments we take health and safety very seriously and produce SSOW, detailed risk assessments and method statements to ensure work is undertaken in a safe manner.
Fuel estate management and maintenance can range from routine maintenance such as pump set and duplex filter servicing to fuel polishing, NDT services and tank cleaning all of which can be handled with our in house services. We also offer turnkey solutions designing & installing locomotive refueling points which generally comprise of twin skin fuel tanks, duplex pumps and filter sets, canopy’s and track pan fuel collection systems.
