Delivering onsite engineering services bespoke to the marine industry, mobilising nationwide to support mobile vessels to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum, keeping productivity levels high.

At HLE we proudly offer high class services for the marine sector; carried out by our team of highly experienced and qualified welders and mechanical based engineers. We can attend mobile vessels nationwide to carry out onsite services such as, NDT testing, inspections, coded welding, mechanical maintenance to windlass, bearings, valves and other rotary equipment. Pipework repair, fabrication and installation.

Our engineers hold a selection of the following training qualifications; first aid training, City & Guilds Water specific Confined Space Entry, EUSR, PASMA Access Tower Erection, C.S.C.S, Slinger & Signaling, FLT & M.E.W.P. operators. All our Site Managers and Supervisors also carry both SSSTS and IOSHH qualifications.

Our project management team directs the flow of work through our inhouse CAD department, manufacturing workshop and onsite engineering & welding teams. Most projects are unique and we pride ourselves with our precise planning which is required to work effectively with marine class surveyors, producing detailed repair specifications backed by over 14 HLE weld procedures and certified engineers. Working in hazardous confined space environments we take health and safety very seriously and produce SSOW, detailed risk assessments and method statements to ensure work is undertaken in a safe manner.
