HLE are delighted to announce that they now offer full pressure testing service.

HL Engineering are doing varied work across the rail sector. HLE are able to design solutions working with the latest in CAD software and 3D laser scanners to offer a complete in-house design service.

Old train fuel tanks can be cleaned and overhauled in the works; Freight Wagon sections can be cut out and replaced as required even working from inside a tanker with full confined space procedures in place; linkages etc. that are not functioning and even re-manufacture with bespoke parts as required.

Rail Works

Installation of 54 tonnes of new structural steelwork along the conveyor inside and out. EDF Energy and both parties are committed to working together. Carried out safely and without incident.

By taking a full 3d laser scan of rail components, we are able to reverse engineer parts and produce detailed drawings for re-manufacture. Further to this, we can run the parts through our Finite Element Analysis Software package and produce detailed reports highlighting stresses that could result in failure of parts.
